What to Expect

Our well-maintained homes are located in safe, established neighborhoods with convenient access to public transportation. Each home is thoughtfully integrated into the surrounding community, creating a welcoming and respectful living environment. Select homes feature vegetable and fruit gardens cultivated by residents who choose to participate in our Residential Program, with additional gardens coming soon. We provide safe, alcohol- and drug-free housing designed to promote stability, structure, and a positive path forward.

Monthly Residential Program Fees

  • One-time Administrative Fee

  • Monthly Program Fee: $1,500

  • Subsidized program fee assistance may be available for qualified participants

  • Income verification required

Room & Board Included

 

  • Fully furnished private rooms

  • Shared bathrooms

  • Shared kitchen and common areas

  • Self-service on-site laundry facilities

  • Security monitoring on the exterior and interior common area only

  • Month-to-month programs

  • Utilities included

  • WiFi

  • Cable TV in the common area

Criteria

  • No credit check

  • No background check - S.O. approved

  • Assistance with community resources

  • Alcohol and drug free

  • Must be able to independently complete all Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)

  • Accepted Income Sources: SSI, SSDI, Social Security, Veteran Benefits, Private Pay, and other approved assistance programs

  • 65 and older
